FAQ
Do you travel outside Charleston?
Yes. We regularly shoot throughout the Southeast and travel nationally for the right projects. Travel costs are quoted per engagement.
What's the minimum retainer commitment?
Three months to start, then month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. This gives us both time to hit a real rhythm before evaluating.
Do you own your equipment?
Yes — we shoot with professional cinema cameras, own our lighting and audio rigs, and are Part 107 certified for drone work. No rental markups on standard gear.
How many clients do you take on at once?
We deliberately keep our roster small — typically no more than four to six active retainer clients at any time. Every client gets our full attention, not a fraction of it.
Can we start with a one-off before committing to a retainer?
Absolutely. Many of our retainer clients started with a single project. It's a natural way to see how we work together before making a longer commitment.
Who actually shoots and edits the work?
Us — not subcontractors. You're working directly with the people behind the camera and in the edit suite on every project, every time.
